City Dash ATL LLC provides pre-arranged black car and executive transportation services in the Atlanta metropolitan area. By booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.
A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. Quoted fares are based on the pickup and dropoff locations you provide at the time of booking. Changes to the route, additional stops, or extended wait time may adjust the final fare.
Standard point-to-point rides may be cancelled free of charge up until one hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within that final hour are subject to a fifteen dollar cancellation fee. No-shows after fifteen minutes of driver wait time are treated as late cancellations.
Hourly bookings cancelled more than one week before the reservation date are free of charge. Cancellations made within the final week are subject to a fee equal to half the total booked price. City Dash ATL LLC reserves the right to waive any cancellation fee at its discretion.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. City Dash ATL LLC is not liable for items left in the vehicle. Conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or endangers the driver or other passengers may result in the ride being ended without refund.
City Dash ATL LLC is licensed and insured in the State of Georgia and operates in accordance with applicable state and local transportation regulations.
